Wheel Throwing for Adults : This 6 week class will introduce students to basic and advanced wheel-throwing techniques. Beginners will start with centering with clay and throwing cylinders and bowls. Students will develop personal style and and decorations techniques. Glaze application and decoration will be explored as a group.              Instructor: Norma Acord

Soap Making with Bramwell Soap Company: Learn to make old-fashioned soap using a cold - process method. In this class, students will take home their creations as well as techniques to create more hand-crafted soaps. Instructor: Jessica Frybarger of Bramwell Soap Company

Chesapeake Wheel Basket with Barbara Sadler: In this basket making class, you will learn how to make a Chesapeake Wheel Basket. This class will give you the foundational skills to create a simple yes useful handcrafted basket. Instructor: Barbara Sadler

Spoon Carving - Appalachian Bean Dipper: In this class, students will learn the basic techniques of wood carving, safety and design. Students will then apply those techniques to carve their very own wooden spoon during this one day workshop! Instructor: David Bragg

Fingerpicking with Ryan Smith: Improve your technique and interpretation of the clasic method, Finger Picking. Led by renowned Musician, Ryan Smith. Ryan will guide you through various approaches to help develop your skill and style as a musician. This glass is for beginning or intermeidate msuicians. Students are required to bring their own guitar. Instructor: Ryan Smith

Beginning Piano for Youth: Join us for our beginning piano class every Friday for 5 weeks beginning June 8th. Studies show that instruments are learned faster and that students stick with music longer when learned in a group setting. In this class, students will learn all the basics to music and piano including rhythm, pitch, harmony, and technique in an exciting group class! This class is for Children ages 7-11.
