Farm to Table Dinner Event

Join us Saturday Sept 17th for our Taste of Appalachia: Farm to Table dinner event. Chef Stephen Gustard will be preparing a delicious 4-course meal featuring fresh seasonal ingredients sourced right here from local farms. Guests will be treated to a cocktail hour, dinner out on the terrace, wine, a cash bar and live music.

Dinner Menu

Chilled Tomato Consommé
Pickled grape tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella pearls, parmesan crisp


West Virginia Poached Trout
Meadow Bluff greens, pickled cucumber, charred onion, cherry tomato, roasted garlic vinaigrette


Braised Short Ribs
Glazed baby carrots & turnips, potato galette, hunter’s sauce


Greenbrier Valley Butter Cake
Roasted peach, candied orange, Smooth Ambler Bourbon anglaise


Paired wine will be served with each course.

A cash bar will also be available for further drink options

Cocktail & Social Hour will begin at 6 PM followed by Dinner at 7PM.
