Would you prefer to place your order by phone or fax? Tamarack’s online customer service representatives are ready to answer all your questions promptly and assist you with your order.

 

For your convenience we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept a check or money order as a valid form of payment.  Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law.  Orders accompanied by check as payment may be subject to an additional processing time of 7-10 days.


We require the use of your credit card security code. You will be prompted for this code during the check out process. The code is created by your credit card company to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. It is a 3 or 4 digit number found on your card. For additional information regarding this code, please contact your credit card company.
