The Tamarack Foundation Fellowship is the highest award offered by the Foundation. Thanks to generous support, past awards were made possible by gifts from the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation and individual donors. Ability to continue this vital recognition program is dependent on the availability of funding. Since the inaugural awards in 2006, the Tamarack Foundation has offered three (3) awards annually to individual artisans in recognition of their lifelong achievement in the arts. Eligible artisans must be juried into Tamarack and will be evaluated on artistic excellence, accomplishment, dedication to discipline, lifelong community achievement and involvement in promoting and fostering the arts.
