The Tamarack Foundation Artisan Resource Center (ARC) is a cooperative project with Mountain State University and The Women's Business Training Center aimed at providing business planning and professional marketing materials at a reduced expense to the artisan owned small business.  When funding is available the Tamarack Foundation provide paid internship experience for area college students interested in business and marketing.
