The 2005 West Virginia Mountaineers had something only a handful of teams find. A lot of teams throughout the nation have talent, but only a select few have team chemistry, the bond needed that transforms a good team into a great one. The national experts did not expect much, but the 2005 Mountaineers delivered a BIG EAST championship, a BCS bowl berth and one of the best seasons in school history. Mountaineer fans had fun watching this team.
